Does a player have to have been with their team for a full year in order for that team to get the loyalty bonus? I don't remember that being the case and I don't see it in the rules, but it was stated in the Free Agency e-mail that was sent out.

What happens if a player is not resigned before free agency and nobody bids on them? Would it cost the GM holding the player's rights the same amount (based on the spreadsheet) to resign the player, or is a player that passes through FA without any offers willing to take less money?
