I remember reading in a thread somewhere (which i've been looking for for like 15 mins) that you talked about the timing on the tagging determines whether you take the rating before or after the new ratings are out.
Can you just bring a bit of clarity to the matter because I would like to tag someone before the ratings come out.

we've done it each year that you can tag before or after the season. For this year, if you wanna roll the dice and wait for rerates. I will plug them into the FHL calculator to see what the OV would have been. Going forward it will be based on their contract amount as far as their tagging class.
just a quick question then, what contract amount would fit in what category? makes less than 1.5 mill is semenko, less than 3 is lowe? more is lemieux?
