All-Star Game Info

Here is your BRHL2 ALL-STAR Information.

1. The All-Star Ballot is attatched as an Excel Sheet.  It will also be posted on the main page as well as I'll be copying this e-mail as a post on the board.

2. Voting is simple. Vote for 1 Center, 2 Forwards, 2 Defensemen and 1 Goalie per Conference. You are not allowed to vote for you own players.  Voting is mandatory. One Ballot per GM, Assistant GMs can cast their own ballot as well.

3. Voting is open from January 18th till January 24 @ 10:00PM EST. Starting Lineups will be announced January 25th.

4. The GM leading each conference after January 24th's sim will be the GM of the All-Star teams.

5. The East and West GM's will select a roster of 4 Centers, 4 Right Wingers, 4 Left Wingers, 6 Defensemen and 3 Goalies. They must select at least one player per team.

6. The All-Star games will be a 3 game series. Each Goaltender will receive a game to start. The GM of each team has the right to decide when he will start the #1 voted in goaltender. The Games will be played on January 28th (Sunday), 29th (Monday) and 30th (Tuesday). There will be no regular season games simmed during. There is no trade freeze, but once a player  is put on a roster, the player will play for that team, regardless of a trade.

7. There will be a skills competition as well.  I've never run the program before, but have been in leagues where it has been run. Each team will have a competitor.  Hopefully it goes smootly.

8. The All-Star games will be played at 3 different locations. Game 1 - The BRHL2 Eastern team with the highest average attendence. Game 2 - The BRHL2 Western team with the highest average attendence. Game 3 - The BRHL2 Team with the lowest average attendence.  The profit of each game will be given to the respective teams.

Please send all ballots to brhlhockey@yahoo.com
