The New York Rangers since moving Matt Stajan to the center ice position from the wing is paying dividends. The Rnagers have racked up 11 pts in thier last 7 games with 5 wins, 1 loss and 1 overtime loss. The revamped youth movement in New York will pay off next season when all thier heavy crop of young studs will all be in the lineup.
The Rangers defensive corps is very deep led by veterans Sandis Ozolinsh and Darius Kasparitus. Following them are youngsters Dennis Wideman, Noah Welch, James Wisniewski, Doug Murray, Mark Stuart, Matt Lashoff, Jonathan Sigalet, Christoph Schubert, Jay Harrison, and Lasse Kukkonen.
