I think that it needs IMMEDIATE action and must be dealt with by forcing compliance of using ICQ. The fact this is a PAY league means we should have the BEST amount of effort from everyone

I think that the impact is moderate and should be brought up in a league-wide, MANDATORY vote

I think that the impact is minimal, and therefore shouldnt be dealt with at all

how is this a dumb poll... personally there are 3-5 guys who i would almost NEED to see up their ICQ time before I would EVER let them in for season 2

Well we kind of tried this before, and I don't think you can really force anyone to be on ICQ. Most people are okay about responding to emails and PMs.


I don't know it's just hard to force people to be active.

Also, why do we even use ICQ? MSN Messenger is far superior. ICQ is for old people.

I'm on all the time and it would be nice but we can't force people who have lives to waste their time on ICQ so who cares.

No, no it's not actually on either count. MSN Messenger is simply for those who see "microsoft" and think it's something great. There's very few, if any, reasons to choose messenger.

Regardless of that fact, ICQ is the program used here. Of course, I really don't care if people choose to use it or not. As long as they respond in a timely way to an e-mail, that's enough. If they want to use ICQ to do easier live chatting for trades, great, but it's just not that important to worry about.

I have an ICQ # but don't know how to use it and don't really want to take the time to learn use it.  Just because I don't like or use ICQ doesn't mean that I'm not active or can't be reached.

perhaps the commishes could get ahold of some of these other GMs who arent using ICQ to  give them this web address

i personally arnt crazy about ICQ and im always on msn...so there is a better chance to catch me there
