RE: Los Angeles Kings

I think Jason just needs to learn how FHL works. I think by having Jason or Bryce negotiate with GM's and then the two of them discussing it together and both of them agreeing to the trade before it is done is the way to go.

We did see if any outside sources were interested in joining in an advisory role, and their was none of teh qualified candidates that were.

Jason still will have say in the deals and none will be put through without his consent, I'm going to be helping him learn the FHL ropes, how to analyze deals etc....

I am not going to be in the Kings organization for long, this is merely a short term deal. I understnad your valid point that the Kings will be run like the Bruins, in a sense you're right, I will be showing him may approach to things, but the main benefit to Jason and the Kings organization is some training on the way to operate. While I will be negotiating on deals on behalf of the Kings, I will be consulting and pow-wowing with Jason during the whole procedures. Again, this is a short term solution, and will not be a long-term solution.

While I do appreciate your concerns, and very valid points, given the scenario, this really was the best solution possible, to ensure the health of the league and the Kings franchise.

So now that you're helping LA out, when is his goaltending and lines going to be set properly? Theres now way this team should lose anywhere NEAR 10 games in a row. Continually playing a goalie with 96 condition is unfairly trying to throw games IMO.

I think that this whole idea is a good idea.  Jason should be able to take over the team again next year, which will save us from finding somone new.  And in the meantime he'll be able to learn from some guys that know their stuff and not trial by error, like he has been doing so far.

goalie condition doesn't affect play that much, I think that's a pretty big hyperbole.
