Could I request that if any money is made from this season, 50 dollars of it goes to next season..So basically if you want your money, your in next year too? Make sense? I dont want some guy jeopardizing his team's future, and then booking it with all his money.

what you guys think?
I'd be opposed to that. Not because I have any intention at the moment of not continuing, money or not, but at the same time it certainly wasn't something I signed up for either. What anybody decides to do with their winnings is entirely up to them. They could win, and still have a fantastic team set up for the next year and decide that either they won't have time, or whatever...
At the absolute least, even if something like this was to even be considered, it absolutely should not be considered to take effect until after next season. You can't change payouts/money related issues in the middle of a season. People paid their dues with the payouts clearly outlined at the start. It's like buying a lottery ticket for an announced payout of $1000, and then after you've bought the ticket, they say "sorry, $500 is going to go to charity". Well... no, sorry I don't think so. I might very well have bought the ticket anyway, but that's not what I did buy the ticket for.

That said, I do NOT want to HAVE TO sign up for next season in order to get any payouts for this year.
That is like holding our money hostage, in fact denying us the pleasure of having made any money. If I earned 40 bucks I want to be paid 40 bucks. Then I'll pay 50 bucks. I don't want someone saying I'll get ZILCH if I don't pony up for another season. That's just wrong, regardless of the intentions.
Pay us our money. And those of us who don't return next year are still good at giving reputable word of mouth (like at HFBoards) that will encourage new recruits: "Yeah, they actually pay out what they say they will."
I'll probably be here as well but I don't know when I'll leave and if I win the cup and want to leave I don't want to lose 50 bucks for somethign I don't want to do anymor,e it would make no sense to do that.
As the others have pointed out, we can't do that because if people win the money they will be paid it, however, should you choose to simply roll the money over to your next seasons funds, that is not a problem at all.

boooooo guarentee ppl are gunna jet aftery they dont feel like rebuilding for 3 or 4 years.... that decision would be for the better of the league, i dont understand why you guys dont want that.

Your intentions are obviously good but forcing people to stay in the league is going to be much worse for the league in the long run. And a lot of teams (yours included) went the youth route and probably won't be competitive for a few seasons, so I can't see other teams being discouraged at rebuilding. I for one wouldn't mind rebuilding in this league at all, and probably will eventually, cash league or not.

Well what does that matter, it's never going to happen anyway

and it will also guarantee that very few will want to join if they are forced to stay forever unless they take the 50 bucks exit fee.

You wouldnt be forced to though, only if you have a profit, which makes sense...Otherwise if you don't make money then you can walk. But if your making money, i think it should be done.

Who cares? All that would do is make sure the top 2-3 teams stay even if they don't want to. Shouldn't a team be rewarded for winning the cup? Why would you take money away from them? Makes no sense, should be fair for everyone.

Actually no, I don't think that it does. What makes sense is that that we all signed up for a cash league with the payouts clearly listed, and that winners do what they want with their winnings.
