Are these guys even still around? I guess we can't fire anyone because it's a cash league, which kind of sucks, but I guess those are the circumstances in a pay league.

Add Carolina and Phoenix to the AWOL list... it seems.

Our cup isn't full but it sure is over half full!

17 g.m.s have checked the boards in the last 24 hours and another 7 more have been here in the previous two days making a grand total of 24 g.m.s have been around in the last three days. That's mighty fine. Based on past experience, I expected 50% active, 50% deadbeats, even though there is actual cash money to be won or lost.

We're doing alright.

Just smile and watch the decent Anaheim team plummet as they don't trade to get a decent second goalie to replace their injured Giguere. Like urinating $$ away!

Oh ya I wasn't complaining, activity and reachability has been great so far, just was going to send these guys some trade offers and was wondering if it was worth the time.

I would rather have a competitive league for years to come then the chance at a small peice of 50 bucks.

Just because someone isn't on the board all the time and doesn't write up articles doesn't mean that they aren't doing their job for their team, and aren't icing a competitive team.

I sent you(WSH) an e-mail about one of your players and you never responded, I know I'm personally not always going to make an official offer and instead just inquire about the availability of a player, but if you don't like the idea or you’re not going to move the player a simple no thanks is always nice.  I have gotten a lot of crazy trade offers, and many GM's have asked about players I won't move but I always respond even if it is a simple "no thanks not moving him".

Hmmm... that doesn't seem right given that I've e-mailed an offer offer (in fact, i've sent it a few times in case it wasn't getting through), with no response...

Ya, Same here, I sent an offer to Washington and didn't get a response, I sent one a while ago to Anaheim and received no response, but he responded to my latest offer.

Overall I have to say I'm very pleased with the availability of GMs in the league. More articles and trade discussion would be great, but as long as you can get a hold of everyone in the league, that is what really counts.

The canes are around, I might not check the boards everyday but I am always on ICQ for the most part and I check the games played everyday.
