Can we ammend this to be clear about goalies? The rule for goalies and being sent to the minors (from another section of the rules) is 73+, not 70. I want to ensure that a goalie who's 70, or 71 OV who gets sent to the farm doesn't have to go through waivers (unless the minimum number of games played happens) despite the above rule...
you're correct, goalies follow the rule but at the cutoff of 73OV. Goalies 72OV and lower can be sent up and down subject to FHL waivers, not BRHL2 waivers rules.
