Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaap

Anyways who cares he is still better than Kopitar right now.

un freakin believable....Habs fan pull your head out of your ace...higgins is 4 years older? and Kopitar is still putting up similar stats. When Higgins was 19 he had a 2 game stint in the nhl then got sent back to the AHL where he put up 48 points. Kopitar is going to have more then 48 Points in the NHL!

FIO.

He said better right now. Not in 4 years. And Higgins IS better than Kopitar right now.

Yeah can you read? I said Kopitar will be better but right now for this year I'll take Higgins before Kopitar on my team any time.

kopitar is and will be a star in the nhl for many seasons higgins is a shawn horcoff like player, good player and great pker solid defensively but not a dynamic offensive weapon.. its like saying horcoff is a better player than hemsky for the nhl oilers because hes responsible defensively, the fact is hemsky changes every game he plays on skill alone much like kopitar compared to a guy like higgins..

I must have misread. sorry. But i will still disagree that hes better now. Like atlanta said, they're just entirely different players. I dont think Higgins made much of an impact with him being out. Didnt they still play well?

Kopitar seems have a point in like every other goal. I know thats not true but i bet its 1/3.

They did play well but that just because of all the depth on the team. In his 2nd game back he did score 2 goals and we did destroyed Buffalo.

I saw that. I'm not denying hes a great young player. He is. I just think the Kings rely on having Kops more then Montreal relies on Higgy.

Well that's cuz Habs have more depth.
That's like saying Sens need Emery more than Sharks need Nabokov well duh their backup is Gerber.

Mortal Kombat, on Sega Genesis, is the best video game ever.
Billy Madison: I disagree, it's a very good game, but i think Donkey Kong is the best game ever.
Kid: Donkey Kong sucks.

I highly doubt that any Montreal fan EVER sees an LA kings game. Whoever said they have watched a kings game in entirety this year who lives in Montreal or near there is lieing. The only way you see them play is if they play MTL or maybe TO. Do those divisions even play this year? I live in Calgary, a hell of alot closer to LA, and I still only get 2-3 LA kings games on tv during the year and most likely its vs the flames.

So basically your opinion of him is not very strong. I have seen several MTL games and actually really like Higgins for much of the same reasons you do. You say hes a complete player?

Kopitar gets 20:12 ice time per game in his rookie year, averaging just about 2 minutes of that on the PK as a rookie.

Higgins gets 17:59 ice time per game, of which only 2:41 is PK.

So how is he more complete? Kopitar plays in every situation as a 19 year old rookie. Hes pretty much THE MAN in LA already.

Another thing, I dont know why you are bragging that Higgins is on the 2nd best pk unit. I think thats a pretty strong attestment to the fact they have Steve Begin and Radek Bonk on the pk more so than Higgins. Dont try to pull the wool over peoples eyes.

First of all it's called streaming games and that is how I see Kings games.
Second, if you knew anything about the Habs you would know that the best duo on the PK this year has been Koivu and Higgins BECAUSE THEY ARE +1 ON THE PK, sounds pretty good to me.

As I have said before which you don't seem to understand, of course Kopitar will get more ice time and he'll be THE MAN because LA SUCKS and why do you keep bringing up the age? I've said already Kopitar will probably be better but right now Higgins is better.
