Kuddos to Detroit-Sandy for drafting him in the 7th round. Seemed a bit early to get him, but apparently not.

Did the Sabres do a trade to get him? Wish we had a trade archive. Would be easier to keep track of players' history.

It was probably a pick trade (remember when we had to keep the orginal team's pick and just draft for them).

Kopitar looked awesome tonight, pretty easily the Kings best forward. O'sullivan looked all right too, but I think it will take him some more time to get up to the NHL level of play. Kopitar already has Crawford's confidence, he put him out on the first PP unit and on the PK.

LOL Kopitar is on an entirely different level than Wellwood and Higgins! LOL!

Keep dreaming fellas, Kopitar is waaaay better than those two guys. If not now, which I think he is, then certainly within 1-2 years tops.
