How to do Lines Using GM Editor

Here is a step by step guide for those who don't know how.

1.Make sure you download and install the GM Editor from www.fhlsim.com

2.Download the League Files (zip file) from the front page of the site, on the right hand side. Unzip that file (it doesn't matter where you unzip it).

3.Open the GM Editor

4.In the GM Editor, click File>Load

5.Go to where you just unzipped the league files. Load the .tms file

6.Find your team and double click to open your team window

7.Click Team Roster (Here you can set your Game Roster. In order to set your lines, the window must say Roster Complete. To have a complete roster, you must have at least 3C, 3RW, 3LW, 6D and 2G DRESSED. The other 3 players are at your discretion. although remember that you can only double shift one forward.)

8.Once you have set your roster and it says Roster Complete, click Exit and yes to save Roster changes.

9. Click Team Lines and Set your lines. ***All positions on Even Strength, PK and PP must be filled, or your lines will not work. Once you have set your lines, click Save Lines.

10. Important- DO NOT type anything in the password field, simply hit the OK button. Your lines have now been made and saved.

11.Send the YourTeamName.INS file to the commissioner. The file can be found in the GM Editor folder, wherever you have installed the editor. Send that file to the commish, and your lines will be loaded for the next game.
