How are you guys all following these trades you are making.. My mind would be fried i think. when i trade soo many picks away to different teams and they dont even result in players yet. I've made a trade yes.. but simple is good for me. thats my motto.. but lets not get on each other's backs. if there was a mistake review from the origin... and go from there. otherwise we will have total chaos developing.
I'm certainly not going to get involved in someone else's trade dispute, but I think that if anything, what can be taken away from this is that by anybody saying something like "mid x round", that's just begging for trouble and interpretation as to what that actually means.
Make it clear that the pick someone is getting is "Team X round Y" pick, rather than a "late Y rounder"

Philadelphia and NYR have modified there deal to not include the NYI 10th round pick. The deal is as follows:
To NYR: NYR 9th, Phi 19th, Phi 20th
To PHI: TB 10th, TB 15th, NYR 20th, Phi 1st DC

NYR confirms deal with Isles to get it done. I just wanted to let everyone know I took a hit in restructuring my deal with PHILLY because of the the mysterious MID 10th Pick situation. No fault of Philly, but he had to do what he had to do.
Isles i'm the most active trade talking gm this side of the mississippi (well the U.S. anyway), and after 2 other previous dealings with you backing out of trades and now this situation, consider yourself cut-off. You probably dont care and thats fine but I wanted to air it out, because i'm an easy going guy who loves wheeling and dealing and the rest of the gm's in this league dont need to be dealing with this nonsense from you.
Take care boys and good luck with the draft tonight- Joe DesMarais NYRGM

This coming from a guy who sent me this email AFTER making the deal:
"Hey man just wanted to clarify and let you know that the 7th round pick you obtained from me is actually STL 7. He and I had made a previous deal 2 days ago and we switched a bunch of picks in order for me to obtain the #1 pick last night."
I lost half a round because of that. he didn't bother to mention it during negotiation. I at least said mid-10th (17th pick of the round vs. 2nd)
But the NYI agrees to discontinue trading with NYR. Apt, given crosstown rivalry.
