Can we submit requests to have a player change positions right now? I realize it may not appear to be the best time, but it would affect who else I might take...

I've read the rules and my question wasn't IF we can change their position, but can we do it now. It would simply make things simpler, that's all.
Well there's no point, we don't have rosters on the page and if you have a source just change it on your spreadsheet or in your mind or whatever, I don't really see the point or difference it makes of doing it now.
