The Coach draft will be the first official building of a team. Once the draft order is determined. The 30th pick in the draft will be the first to pick in the coach draft.
Coaches will have contracts posted with their ratings and they will have years with them. Coaches can be resigned prior to their contract expiring, but you are only able to submit 1 offer to them if they don't like it they will test the market.
