As per Bryce at the start of this thread:

2. Police yourselves as far as time limits etc...Teams have 8 hours from the last pick. Then it moves on. Teams can pick if theyve ran out of time as long as they don't select someone exposed after their pick (and within reason) not 2 days after etc.
