Pending league approval the New York Ranger are pleased to announce the aquisition of future star Logan Couture, depth defenseman Niklaus Grossman, and salary dump Jonothan Cheechoo.
Since taking over the Rangers just over 2 weeks ago, general manager Andrew has completed seven trades and shed $25M cap space in the process.

This once aging NYR team is undoubtedly younger and has the potential to be a tough team if Wright can pick up some top tier players in UFA. "Our goal is to make the playoffs" said Wright.
