This will definately be an interesting draft at the start.  You'll have Taylor Hall, Tyler Seguin, Jeff Skinner and Cam Fowler going anywhere in the top 5.  Trades will be a plenty in the first round as usual.
Updated with playoff results and with current standings in Finals.

Can one of the commissioners verify this?

I was told (by Bryce) that only the final four teams get re-seeded, so they will be picking 27 - 30 and the remaining playoff teams are seeded according to the final standings. And, of course, the non-playoff teams pick 1 - 14.

I did not see this in the rulebook, but I'm curious to what the result is.

It's the same as the NHL so the order is as follows:

1. Ottawa

2. Columbus

3. Calgary

4. Tampa Bay (Wins lottery pick - Will pick 8th in all other rounds)

5. Edmonton

6. Montreal

7. Pittsburgh

8. Vancouver

9. Philadelphia

10. Minnesota

11. Pittsburgh (From NYI)

12. Colorado (From ANA)

13. Phoenix

14. Washington

15. LA

16.Det

17.SJ

18.Car

etc

25.NYR

26.Stl

27.LA (Dal)

28.Edm (Buf)

29.Chi

30.Pitt (Atl)

Don't have time to fill out the middle but the rulebook clearly states the BRHL does the same as the NHL and they only realign the final four.

Is there a 7 round listing?

Draft picks are being offered but there is no way to tell which picks are higher or lower than mine.

Right now calculating team picks is as much work as looking up players.
