Matt Greene or Brayden Coburn, both signed to excellent long-term deals could go for the right player.
Ok, so I'm not happy with the offers that have come in for these two. Looking at my team, I have two top defensemen, but my best forward (Hossa) is 32. With that, I am making DREW DOUGHTY or RYAN SUTER available for a TOP young forward. Douhty is only 20 and can lead a defense for the next 12 years or so. Suter is going to be 26 and an RFA after next season, meaning he can sign a 1 year deal, then be an RFA and sign a 5 year deal the following year, so you are getting him for 7 years.
Please, no packages of 3rd line forwards and picks. I am looking for a cornerstone forward to be the key part of any deal.
