RE: Comments / Questions

as I said somewhere else.

If you have had 3 bodies claimed. You can demote someone who is 24+ and makes less than 1.5 million, and not have the risk of him being exposed. He would clear and go down.

If a player makes more than 1.5 or is 23 and younger (and played less than 5 AHL games) he will still be available to be claimed (so you could have more than 3 guys claimed).

sorry, missed it.

No, you cant claim and immediately demote. Though if you claim someone in round 1, you can expose them in round 2 if you claim someone else.

Howdy, folks.

I brought Brad Lukowich up from the farm to cover for an injured player. He's played a total of 4 pro games and now the client is stating he must be placed on waivers again to go back down? He already survived the waiver draft.

Shouldn't he need to play 10 pro games before needing to go through waivers again?
Thanks.

The Sim is set to 0 games played for a player to send a player down to the minors. Doing this means that everyone would have to clear waivers. This is countered by the BRHL2 Rules that state players have 10 BRHL2 games before they would have to clear (also the salary and age restrictions as well). The BRHL2 rules are monitored separately (and yes Im aware of it being slightly inconveniencing) from the sim. IF a player doesnt have a * in the TA (on the roster page it means he has previously cleared waivers before and now has 10 BRHL2 games to play before being subjected to waivers) he can clear waivers provided hes played under 9 games or less. The * in the TA is our way of tracking waiver eligible players.

Good stuff.  Thanks, Eric.
