I further clarified the ruling on the waiver rules.

Anyone placed on waivers during round 3 will remain on waivers for 24 hours.

These players are being placed on waivers during round 2, so they will be exempt.

Also, the Waiver Draft will end tonight at 9pm EST and then turn over to the chat room to be finalized there.

Send any lists to the league e-mail if you can't make it.
