You still need to demote someone to stay at 23 man roster limit.

As long as the player is under 1.5 million and is farm eligible (not 23 and under with no AHL games). You can demote him down with no risk of him being claimed. Very odd a team had 3 plucked already. My suggestions would be Jurcina, Paille or Regin

i believe the 12 hours is up.... so i think the leafs are on the clock now.. just we dont know when their 12 hours begins lol
