Oilers - Proxy via Bryce, awaiting confirmation of payment for team.

Teams have 12 hours to make a selection. The time stamp of the previous post will be the clock we go by.

The order is above. Teams that are being skipped did not submit a roster. If you are after them, you have the right to go. I will periodically change who is being skipped, so please keep an eye on it. If you fail to either make a claim, or notify the league you are passing on a waiver selection, you will be skipped until you check in. Checking in can be done by sending the league an e-mail, or messaging me on ICQ. Basically letting me know you're around.

To make a selection, please clarify who you are taking, and from what team. The list can be found here: http://brhlhockey.com/brhl2/File/Season5-PreSeason/BRHL2-TeamRoster.html

- Anyone listed in the farm is eligible to be selected if the are 24 years or older. 
- Players who are in the farm with an * under the TA (Trade Available) is allowed to be selected.

Every player 23 and younger with a * under TA would be exposed to waivers if demoted. They are the mostly the great young players of this league, you probably don't want to lose one of them. If you are caught unchecking that function in the GM Client (now and throughout the season), you will be warned. Additional unchecking will result in progressive fines.

- Players without a contract - 0 years (RFA's), are not eligible to be selected.

Example of a waiver claim if it would put you over the 20 (skaters) + 3 (goalies) limit:

Landon Wilson (NYI). Sending Sidney Crosby to waivers.

Example of a waiver claim if it would NOT put you over the 20 (skaters) + 3 (goalies) limit:

Landon Wilson (NYI). Puts me at 20 Skaters, do not need to waive anyone.

If you could also include the team up next, that would help.

Players who go unclaimed will remain on waivers for 24 hours at the end of the waiver draft. They will be available to be claimed by anyone after that (Teams will need to still stay under the 20+3 limit)

If you make an incorrect selection (IE Selecting a player 23 or younger), you have until the next team makes a selection to correct yourself. If the next team selects, you forfeit your chance to make a selection for that round.
