That all teams must have a backup who has played 600 minutes....
a.A backup goaltender must play a minimum of 600 minutes. This is to ensure all teams do not abuse the privilege of having a superstar goaltender paired with a minimalist backup goaltender. It has occurred in other leagues that GMs abuse the salary cap by paying to have a star goaltender and than paying league minimums for a poorly rated backup goalie that does not play any minutes. It is unrealistic that a goalie would start every game in an 82 game schedule and to ensure all teams share their duties this rule is in place. With the 600 minute rule, a back up goalie would be required to start a minimum of approximately ten (10) games; even fewer if he gathers minutes if the starter is hooked midway during any game.
b.If need be Eric or Bryce has the authorization to sit a starting goalie near the end of a season if they are on pace to fail on achieving their backup goalie minutes.
c.An explicit warning will be given, this will only happen in a drastic measure.
d.Minutes of a goalie that has been traded will be accounted to the team at which his minutes were played.

LIST OF BACKUP MINUTES PLAYED In the case of a backup being traded, the minutes have been debited to their old team If I missed a goalie, let me know
GR are the team's games while in brackets are what's the minimum requirement for teams to fulfill the 600 minutes without coming in for relief or being pulled themselves.
Urgent New York Rangers - 167 minutes (Zaba) + 224 minutes (Weekes) = 391 minutes - 5 GR (Four starts needed) San Jose - 240 minutes (Leclaire) - 6 GR (Six starts needed)
Fulfilled Tampa Bay - FULFILLED Colorado - FULFILLED Florida - FULFILLED Dallas - FULFILLED Chicago - FULFILLED Columbus - FULFILLED St Louis - FULFILLED Boston - FULFILLED Montreal - FULFILLED Vancouver - FULFILLED Washington - FULFILLED Phoenix - FULFILLED New Jersey - FULFILLED Calgary - FULFILLED Philly - FULFILLED Carolina - FULFILLED New York Islanders - FULFILLED Los Angeles - FULFILLED Edmonton - FULFILLED Toronto - FULFILLED Pittsburgh - FULFILLED Nashville - FULFILLED Detroit - FULFILLED Ottawa - FULFILLED Atlanta - FULFILLED ANAHEIM - FULFILLED (HAPPY NOW ROB?!?!?!)

Jonas Hiller had over 200 minutes for my team. I'm not worried about my team at all because I have Quick starting for a few games now, but doesn't that count?

I think any goalie that has played less minutes than the main goalie so for Atlanta it's Miller and Montreal it's DiPietro counts, my dig at Kirk's post was merely a joke....
I've added Hillier's and Lundqvist's totals to Montreal and Atlanta respectively. So they're both ok for the backup minutes
In the future I think we should change the rule so that each goaltender can only play like 4500 minutes in a season... That would be about 90% of a season.

Agree 100%
It'd be way easier to track, and is actually realistic.
