Expect an official announcement on the RFA process Monday or Tuesday. Similar to last year, but somethings will change due to the STHS Sim.
The 2010 Trade Deadline is tentatively set for Saturday March 20th. That would put at us around day 130 in the sim, and most teams would have a little under 20 games left in the season. TB and MIN being two extremes are a bit of an exception to that. If my math sounds completely off, speak up. :)

what is changing with the RFA process? would be great thing to know as team are built for more than the next 5 "sim" days people dooo think ahead and if their are changes coming could effect some teams greatly and theyd probably want to take action on it if changes do effect how some teams are planned out for next year..
If you were to read the RFA guidelines from last year, there are some things that won't apply to this year. Like taking into account the OV. Also, there might be a different process as how bids are submitted.
So, stop your preemptive crying. Hemsky will still be able to be resigned for 5 years @ 26 mill per year.

The tentative Trade Deadline has been changed to the Official date: March 20th.
There will be a chat room set up. We might use the current room on the site, or mIRC. All depends.
All trades must be completed on or by 11:59:59 pm PACIFIC Time on March 20. Trades must be confirmed by both GMs via the BRHL2 page or e-mail. I will be accepting both ways. BRHL2 page is preferred, but will accept e-mails.
There will be no sim that Saturday night, as always. Games will resume Sunday with finalized rosters.
I will attempt to update the league throughout the day, depending on the amount of trades and activity. I will also try to update the league shortly after the deadline to give GMs enough time to make roster and line changes.
