In a minor move with the LA Kings today the Thrashers sent prospect A.Kozek to La for UFA center Radek Bonk.

In a brief messege G.M Shuck had this to say, " With the roster spot we cleared up in moving out three pro roster guys for the two we got in return we had an extra spot on our pro roster and we wanted to fill it with a vetern with solid Ex-Ld and a low salary (700k) . The fact Bonk has a high 90's F/O rating makes him an ideal 4th line C or healthy scratch to have incase of injury's for a playoff run like we intend to have this season."


With Bonk meeting up with the team before tonights game the lines are now up in the air.. Reported one member of the Thrashers media who can't go home like the rest of the press covering the team as it seem like every 10hrs their is another Trade Press Conference!!
