If you happen to submit lines more than once before games have been simmed and/or lines have been updated, I strongly advise you to e-mail the lines as an e-mail attachment to the league.

When you submit lines, they get placed in a folder that I have access to. If you've already submitted lines, then the newer lines will not overwrite the previous lines. I make it a habit that once I grab your lines, I delete them from the folder that you uploaded them to, so that any new submissions are in there.

SO if you happen to submit lines before I've gotten to your previous lines you've submitted, send them to the league as an e-mail attachment.

I don't foresee many problems, and I don't think this issue has happened thus far, so I wanted to nip it in the butt before anything.
