finally got the sths to work. once we have finisher our lines, do we have to upload them to the sim? if so,how do we do this?

Log in to the website (portal) and there should be a link to upload lines...

right, i can do that, but how do we save the lines on the sths? i can do the lines and rosters but can't figure out what to do after that

So set your roster, then set your lines, then on the team summary interface in the STHS you should see on the right side (below Rosters and Lines) a button to save your lines: "Save to File".  If the button is greyed out and not-clickable, then your lines are incomplete... make sure you've done you farm and pro lines.

ATTN: Eric or Bryce

I updated my lines a few days ago before the mishap with the schedule. Do I need to resubmit the lines now that the schedule has been updated or will they still be the same as my prior submission?
