we have a 3 mill cushion to do so... don't think anyone can exceed that limit, if so, fine and ineligible bid i assume....

except scott can be sent to minors... doesn't count... if philly went over the 1.5 million salary then he would be punished i believe...

not to mention that every time i sign a guy it brings up nilsson automatically.. which pushes me above that 3 mil buffer. (see thread below about guys to the minors)

so stortini's 475k should be up and nilssons 1.32 should go down

regardless John Scott was already signed by Boston, Eric just didnt input the contract which is why he reappeared. Here's the confirmation email sent to the league from the web portal.
