In a league that I was in probably 4 or 5 years ago the GMs were allowed to move their NHL teams and AHL team to other cities and rename them. It added a fun aspect to the league and something different.
I was wondering what the league thought and other GM's if teams were able to move their AHL teams to other cities. They could come up their own nick names and logos, it would just add some flavor to the farm teams.

If it happens, the Canes are getting the hell out of Albany.
The Blues would like to move theirs to Edmonton so there will be a hockey team worth supporting there (no offense to BRHL2 GM of the Oilers, just want to annoy a certain commish)
