Christ almighty... Can people really not read, or are they just ignorant?
Penguins' offer on Denis is invalid (not $250k higher than previous bid)

In all honesty I knew the rules but something Bryce wrote right at the beginning of FA stated the increase must be at least 200k
I questioned it briefly, but figured I had read the 250k increase wrong and went with the 200 k. I found out afterwards that i was mistaken. I will try to locate this memo and send it to Bryce. If I can prove this I think I should be reimbursed my 500k.

Are you sure you aren't getting confused with the RFA process, which is a 200k increase?
Yeah anything is possible, there is so much going on at once with 4 different leagues getting ready to do something, imformation may have gotten crossed. I look ed for the memo but was not able to locate it anywhere, so be done with it I screwed up I will take the fine and run

Notwithstanding the fact that the site is messed up, the Senators currently have high bids on 6 guys (its actually 9, but 3 apparently signed at midnight PST):
I dont have the high big on McIntyre LA does so I'm at 5, as for the other signings the league site said players were signed I have a TON of holes to fill and contracts to add and I couldnt find Bryce or Eric online (was midnight at the time so I dont blame them) so I made more offers on goons no one has made an offer on (Roy, May and Brookbank) so if the offers stand then great if not the offers can be taken back and I havent uped the bids accidently on any other GM.
Offer Sheet Details - Steve MacIntyre
The team with the highest offer per year wins the rights to the player.
