I think there's equal blame on both parts.

I haven't read much about it, but I don't think I saw Lidstrom at the end of the line. It was Bab**** who was bringing up the caboose. If they're talking about a different point, then I don't know. But still, if Lidstrom just waited around instead of seeking Crosby out, then it's equal blame.
