I have started ratings and have the bulk of the stats downloaded and am just working on compiling them together neatly. From there it's making sure the forumlas are reading properly and then updating them in the STHS. From there I'll review em, look for typo's. And run a few test sims. Once I am happy (and the forumlas are easy to change to get me happy). I will be releasing them, and hiring taskmen to help clean up the rosters. In an absolute best case scenario.
