8 - Anaheim vs. 1 - San Jose SHARKS IN 5 7 - Columbus vs. 2 - Detroit Jackets in 6; Steve Mason is this year's Giguere/Ward. He will carry that team til at least the conference finals 6 - St. Louis vs. 3 - Vancouver Nucks IN 6 5 - Calgary vs. 4 - Chicago Hawks IN 7
EAST:
8 - Montreal vs. 1 - Boston BRUINS IN 4 7 - NY Rangers vs. 2 - Washington Craps IN 7 6 - Carolina vs. 3 - New Jersey HURRICANES IN 4 5 - Philadelphia vs. 4 - Pittsburgh PENGUINS IN 5
Not a bad first round. If I was a betting man, I would def stick to the Eastern Conference. The ones I got wrong, I got REALLLLLLLLLY wrong.
WEST: Wings over Ducks in 5 Chicago over Knuckleheads in 6
EAST: Bruins over Canes in 6 Pens over Crapitals in 7
Not a bad 2nd round. Got 3 of 4, and 2 of those series I hit right on the games played.
Pens over Canes in 6 Wings over Hawks in 7
Bryce, please pick the Canes. It has worked out for the Penguins the first two rounds you picked against them.

11-3 thru the first 3 rounds. If i were a betting man and had money riding on the games, Im sure the result would be a lot different.
Now, the all important prediction:
Penguins in 6/7!
If they will ever beat detroit, this weekend is the time to do it. Thank god the wings won last night, I didn't want to see Lidstrom and Datzyuk have the extra 10 days to rest. I think the combination of the experience last season and the experienced guys they brought in will give the penguins a much better chance than they did last year. I sure dont think they will get shutout in the first two games like last season.
p.s. Remember Bryce, pick the Wings!
