I like them. I'm not a personal fan of Ovechkin, for obvious reasons, but I do appreciate what he bings to the table for the NHL.
I think he's got great excitement and it can be contagious for anyone who wants the Capitals to score.
I think there is a line between celebrating and taunting. I don't think AO crosses the line into taunting. I think as long as it's not taunting then I'm fine with it. I think it all goes back to when you play ports as a kid. Your in your back yard and you hit a home run in some wiffleball. Or you're on the street playing hockey and you have a 10 goal performance.
Celebrating a goal brings back the joy of playing for the love of the game, like you did when you were a kid.

Also don't mind when they're celebrating a meaningful accomplishment... i.e. Bure's overtime winner against Calgary in 94, Selanne's rookie campaign with the jets....
