Today is the last day to submit any buyouts on your players before UFA. Buyouts will not be allowed during that time, so if you wanna clear cap, do so now.
Columbus has bought out Karlis Skrastins already.

You can't buy out players during FA, but you can send eligible players to the minors, correct?
