Ok Dudes,

I am looking to move a defenseman, as I am sure you all already know...  I was really pushing to move the crappy guys but now am opening up to moving anyone - I prefer to get a forward in return but am open to any options.  Here are the guys that I would consider moving with the most moveable at the top and the least moveable at the bottom.
