Teams have built their squad with teh rookie cap in mind. I know that was part of my negotiations with Ian trading Kane, and yes, its part of my team with Gagner.

I am not opposed to altering it, but given the timing I don't think it is really that viable for this draft class, but something we can look at implementing next season
