Rangers under new GM Chinnick started free wheeling while the owner was away and now needs to shed cap.

Every player is available with deals reducing cap getting the best looks. The club is looking to drop about 6-7M in salary's and will listen to any offer. Due to the small roster size we are still looking for pro's in return for players, not currently after picks or prospects.
