anyone who has done an offseason deal with ATL. im awaiting confirmation on a deal with ross colorado before i can confirm the rest of the deals.. dont want anyone to wonder why some at deals have been processed and some not.. after i get confirmation from ross then all the peices everyone is expecting will happen.. hopefully over the weekend..
with 20 deals sent into league and ten more to send in once ross colorado g.m. sends his confirmation which in the deal i got assets that sparked part of the last 10 deals. expect full recap from the team sometime this weekend hopefully.
rumours out of atlanta have the team moving a stud d-man they aquired earlier in offseason,, moving him for a top 5 THN prospect, a vetern d-man and also a 09 1st.
i trade one of my valuable youth pieces, but i need another guy who can play both on the PP and PK... clark fits... 3 mill in cash helps me with the signing bonuses in free agency and if my team sucks (which I doubt it will do) then i get another pick...
that was 28th ov this yr.. and carlo has potential still and can be on pitts team for a long time, clark is ufa next yr.. and the 09 draft class is alot stronger in general opinion than this yr,, plus no offense to gareth but i think its unlikely he will be picking 28th..
i agree i got good value for carlo but he has useable ratings and a *potential* for solid career.
deals are similar tho with a nhler moving for a pick..

Clark, 2 seasons, three with a tag. Colaiacovo...let's talk about how many games per season he has played...
53 games max in the last 4 seasons.(Including a 30 last year, 35 in 05-06) A whopping 64 the year before, preceded by a nice spanky 37 game season.
I wasn't trying to compare my trade for a first to yours, but Clark with three seasons is infinitely more valuable than a 25 year old "prospect" that averages 40 games a season.
i agree i got good value on carlo george.. like u did on clark..
Now let's get into something we can both sink our teeth into....
Boston trades Matt Greene to Floridafor Eric Perrin, 32nd OV, and a 7th in 2009
Greene sucks horribly. The fact that he got a good rated Perrin and just outside the first round for him is an undeniable steal. Nice work Bryce....bye bye Mancrush. ;)
