Reasons or not, I am not sure anyone cares. A nice polite email saying he is leaving or a thread saying good bye is also decent.

Discussing new GMs, rules, reasons for leaving in any other thread provide zero value for the league. To me it is a guy that seems to be torn between leaving and staying.

Stay if you want, leave if you want, no ill will either way....but pick one and go with it.
