Come on, trading this pick worked out well for the Flames...they got Cammalleri right? He is a good player...and then they got the 25th pick for Tanguay, and now they have both Nemisz and Tanguay.

haha George. I honestly don't get how someone who has no professional training and no professional experience, can out GM a NHL GM. Either I have to be pretty darn smart, he he has to be pretty darn stupid. I think it's the latter.

I'm not sure it's as much that I'm a closet Oiler fan or if I've begun to resent the Flames organization because of their prideful leader who is stuck in his ways and only drafts 6'2-6'4 players with little skill.

Also traded away a potential franchise dmen in Phaneuf at his LOWEST possible value. Two years prior he could have got 99% of the assets in the league for him, and he deals him for Ian friggen White.

So many things have piled up that I'm sick of him. I can't even cheer for the Flames until he's gone. They need to rebuild and I sure has heck hope he's not the one leading the rebuild.

I am super jealous of EDM. Idiot Flames fans were mocking EDM when they finished last, but that's just because they don't know anything about hockey. We dealt lombo and (Brandon Gormley) for OJ who looked terrible with Florida and PHX. I just baffles me. Then he doesn't even hold on to the better player in Camm and basically traded Camm for 1 year for Jordan Eberle, and chooses OJ again after a horrible year. You have to be a real moron to pull off the stuff he's done in the last few years.

The core is aging, slow, unskilled, overpaid and over the hill in a league built around young speed and skill. It's not even like someone could say "oh hindsight" because as he was doing all of these things dating back to OJ, Camm, Phaneuf, I was calling for his head.

Everything EDM has been doing that last few years is what CGY should have been doing. I can admit it. I still hate the team (with the exception of MPS and ebs), and for the most part the city, but I think I can admit when we're mismanged and screwed.
