I have some ideas as to what will be on the ballot, but it can't hurt for some 2nd opinions.

Best Trade of the Year for a team Rebuilding:

Please just list the trade.  Comments will be deleted. (Kirk, you might want to skip this thread buddy).

Before Kirk runs off listing all his own great trades I figured I'd confirm what it is you are expecting from this thread... u want us to suggest our best trade for our own team or should we post other teams trades that we think were good...

Edit: Fla beat ya Kirk... hahaha... guess you are't the most die-hard!

Post trades in general. They can be from your own team, or others that you noticed from around the league.

It might be entirely possible that the same trade is the best trade for a contender and rebuilder.

To Phoenix:
Travis Zajac
Carey Price
Brian Lee

To Buffalo:
Martin Brodeur
Ray Whitney

This would get my vote.

Contender is a draw between Buffalo's Brodeur deal and our Vinny deal....neither team is a contender without those deals.

I even make it a point to address it in the initial post, but it's probably my fault for not putting it in braile.

write it all over again Kirk, sans comments.

Any trades done with a GM who was removed should not be considered... Often GM removal is a result of horrible trading, and for those teams lucky enough to get a few trades in before said GM was removed, they should be happy enough the bad trades were not reversed and not be trying to gain extra money now on those trades...

Just my $0.02 for what it's worth.
