Being out of the office for the last month after an early , unexpected departure from the BRHL2 play-offs, the Av's management are back to work. With a strong nucleus of young power, the Av's plan on once again being a top contender, and with an extra year of experience GM Simnor feels his squad will have what it takes in season 3. 'We have learnt very much in the last two years about our team. The players are all excited to stay in Colorado this summer and we have decided no vacations, no wives, no kids and no Berard.'
GM Simnor set out the administrations plans and although the Av's are happy with the core, there will be many moves made..
Trading Block: Kolzig - looking to deal him with young talent (Wheeler,Marchand,Downie) for a cheeper starting goalie. Will also look to package him with top 4 dman. Richards - still uncertain about BR's future with colorado. Will tend to offers, but not rushing to move him. Value him high and he puts up numbers in the BRHL2. Looking for straight up swap of talent. Kilger - good 3rd liner. looking to deal him in a package to move up in draft, or to secure a goalie. Kozlov - good value for a vet dman. same plan as Kilger. Mara- resigning to a nice deal. Looking to deal in package with prospect/kolzig or for a forward in the same range.
Open to offers on Keith, Morrow, St.Loius but will be tough to move.
Open on offers for prospects Ryan and Giroux, but tough to move.
PM me with any ideas, we have a nice off-season of dealing to do!
You know the boys I want i've been after them for 2yrs. If not now then after the rerates. My team will be looking dramatically different once rerates come out and maybe we can do something then. -Joe NYRGM
