Philly's Assets - Laying some groundwork

Hey, now that I have been knocked from the playoffs, I am ready to start resuming talks involving my assets. Since trades wont be put through until well after the playoffs, I thought now would be a good time to lay some groundwork for some deals, even if nothing is confirmed or finalized until whatever day it is when trading opens up.

I hope everyone has paid their fees for Season 3 already, although I will negotiate regardless!

Here are some assets that can be had for market price or even below-market price in some instances:

Peterri Nummelin
Cory Sarich
Matt Carle
Al Montoya


These assets will obviously cost more, but will be available for assets of equal value that I prefer (no canuckleheads):

Daniel Sedin
Henrik Sedin
Fla 1st (9th OV pick)
Ryan Whitney

have been getting very good offers on the sedin boys... i dont necessarily have to deal both at once, although that seems to happen with offers for these 2 guys...

considering naslund and morrison wont be around next year and they already have too many dmen, they will be looking to sign a top-flight UFA to play with the sisters, so their value is only gonna go up in the next few months...

get in your offers ASAP if you do have any interest in either.


Matt Carle is probably gonna be moved for a 1st rounder in the 22-27 range.... if you have a slightly better pick than this and are interested, let me know.. also am interested in packaging carle and a guy like Gaustad for a dman in the 74-76 range or a defensive forward in the same 74-76 range.

they may still be around, but I do move fast so if I get an offer I like Im gonna jump on it...


maybe just shoot me an email with what you were thinking for parameters of a deal and of course we wont finalize anything...

might help you and me out to see if we should look elsewhere entirely or whether we have something to explore

#9 OV and sami lepisto are being heavily courted by 2 teams and will be moved very shortly...

if you want in on the bidding for either player, get your offer in soon
