RE: THN Top Prospects List?

new jersey gets $30 for his prospects, nicely done... only needs to chip in with 20 to keep his team...

No, he wasn't on the THN top 50...  Since he made the B's out of camp, he didn't qualify I guess.

Theres always the concern that your star like Sam Gagner or Pat Kane make you 0 money?

I think having Kane or a player of that caliber out-weighs the payout, imo. Can't have both, so GMs can choose. Do you want the money, or a top of the line prospect.  I might be going out on a limb, but I think 90% of the guys here would take the player.

I like having both, his name is Carey Price :)

8 of top prospects...not bad...and still have a few vets i need to move out for next season (ie. Forsberg, Ohlund) that should add to that list as well as 3 first round picks. Hopefully >10 next season.
8 x 0.25% x ($50 x 30 teams) = $30
Can put that directly towards my team for next season.

That may be, but it is the top 50 BRHL2 players.  There are several in the top 50 from last summer's NHL draft, and those players are not in the BRHL2 yet...

Exactly...  But if you don't want the money, I'll gladly remove them from the list as the next guy in line is one of my players...   biggrin
