All-Star Game Information

Games to take place FEB 3-5

The top GM from each conference will be the GM of their respective conference for the games. They are responsible to fill out the remaining roster, that has to be approved by me. The cutoff date to announce GMs is after Jan 31st games.

Ballots are to be sent to BRHLHOCKEY@YAHOO.COM and are mandatory. One ballot is allowed, per team. However, just one ballot from co-GMs is acceptable. Deadline to submit ballots will be January 31st 11:59:59 EASTERN. Failure to do so will result in a fine.

There will be no injuries during the All-Star festivities, and players with injuries will be cleared to play the game.

Should a player get traded to a new conference (which is very likely to happen). The votes for that player will carry over to their new location.

I'd like to nominate Miikka Kiprusoff instead of Nikolai Khabibulin for my team since I don't have khabby.

where do we send write in votes?
cuz salo/ bergeron on the ballot is funny :)

Bergeron 44gp 3g 21as 24pts 11+-
Salo 41gp 12g 16as 28pts 19+-

over

Chara- 41 9 27 36 11 and league leader in hits.
Souray- 42 8 23 31 33
Poti- 45 9 26 35 31

both salo and bergeron are on teams with other guys in the game.. The thrashers organization feels jobbed that 198 goals so far has been overlooked.. all three d-man have better stats then the other two.... chara and poti top 5 in the freakin league for d-men points.. yet dont get added even to the ballot for the all-star game..

Can Gm's vote for players on their own teams, or should you vote for only players from other teams?

I would think that we shouldn't vote for our own players, but just wanted to know since it doesn't say anything above.

i didn't vote for anyone on my team... i am atlanta right???

actually, i voted for frolov (technically not on my team, but for most of the season he was... hopefully this soothes his hurt feelings and doesn't have 5 points against my team in 2 games again)

I wouldn't vote for my guy.....but how is Vincent Lecavalier not on the ballot?

The best C in the West.

This is a moot point for Anaheim as none of our players are even in consideration for a roster spot!

i would like to put forward martin st pierre as the contender from anaheim for a spot... although only featured in 16 games thus far, he is a plus 2 on anaheim's roster... an amazing feat as everyone else is a minus....

 Fixed...

And you can vote for your own players. I think it will be funny to see who tries to.

Pretty much landslides in every category. Except that Phaneauf beat out Chara by 1 vote.
