With the team on such a roll the G.M didnt really want to mess with the team chemistry but with the horrible season cheechoo is having and not wanting to be stuck with that contract long term the team got an upgrade in landing shane doan who is a vetern leader and still great producers aswell. The team will put him into the lineup in cheech's old spot. Heatley and Hemsky should continue to strive with this goal scoring powerforward on the wing beside them..
Haha nice Kirk, talk about no tolerance for losing.. I love Doan, and thought cheech was overrated even when he was scoring 50 goals- I don't figure he'll ever reach the 40 goal plateau again even.
