Thrashers Beat Coyotes run winning streak to 6 game and unbeaten streak to 17

After the Thrasher beat the Yotes 5-3 tonight the game had a very very sad feeling as defenseman Jan Hejda had a very very serious injury in the game on what was one of the dirtiest plays the BRHL2 has seen. With a bunch of players battling for the puck along the benches the coyotes defensmen had quickly open the gate and went for a change. On his way to change Daryl Sydor leveled Jan Hejda as he was watching the play move up ice.. Sydor cross checked him right into the open door and Hejda hit the corner of the open door and layed motionless half in the Coyotes bench and half on the ice.. Sydor being the scum bag that he is looked at the motionless Hejda and laughed as he stepped over his body on his way to the dressing room to serve his game misconduct... Hejda layed their for 4-5 minutes before being taken off on a stretcher, the team said he will have tests done to see what the problem is..

In the teams locker room after the game a couple players went as far as putting a cash bounty on Sydor's head in the teams next game on day 127. Chris Neil was quoted as saying, "I put it out their the second we got back to the locker room after the game.. I told the guys, i would pay a month of my salary to whoever injure's that peice of **** sydor in our next game against them."
Sean Avery took it a step farther, "I told the locker room after the game that whoever could knockout sydor and end his career could take a run on elisha. She is my girl but if thats motivation enough for a guy like neilz, or bigZ, or FBI44 to take a run and end ****nut sydor's career its a sacrifice i would make as that was the dirtiest play ive ever seen in my life."

The Capitals are amazed they stopped the winning streak (not the unbeaten streak though). Still on a great run though Kirk, great job!
