Thrasher pound Hurricanes to push unbeaten streak to 16 games..

The Thrashers met tonight against the Carolina Hurricanes who were the last team to beat Atlanta back on Day 33.. The Thrashers had those thoughts on their mind as they dominated the Canes 6-1 and ran the teams winning streak to 5 games and the teams unbeaten streak to 16 games.. Rod Brindamour collected 3 assists in the blowout win. In the game Dany Heatley extended his goal scoring streak to 6 games and took over the brhl2 lead in goals at 23. Dustin Penner also had a strong 2 goal game giving him 14 on the brhl2 season. The star of the game was Henrik Lundqvist who was only beaten once on a Jason Spezza dump-in that came off the glass funny as lundqvist went behind the net to play it and the bounce kicked it back onto an empty net, other than that king Henrik had another great game pushing his Thrashers record to 8-0..

is it chance the team is 14-0-2 since the trade aquiring Henrik?
